Understanding The KegelMaster 2000TM Product
The increased circulation of blood flow to the vaginal muscular area causes greater sensitivity to any stimulation and a tremendous decrease in the vaginal opening.

The KegelMaster 2000, is a revolutionary progressive resistance exerciser created for women. One frequently asked question is what is the KegelMaster? Perhaps the real question is what does the KegelMaster do? There is a tremendous amount of unused muscles in the pelvic floor. Until now women were unable to exercise these muscles. The KegelMaster was specifically designed to cradle all the pelvic floor muscles adding progressive dynamic resistance. Kegel exercises are ineffective without resistance, up until now women have been misinformed about doing Kegels. Strengthening and toning of these muscles may eliminate the need for expensive surgery’s, and incontinence products.

Men and women in monogamous relationships have written telling us that every time they have sexual intercourse that it feels like a different partner. This is due to what are called involuntary contractions which occur during sexual intercourse. The reason men and women do not normally feel these contractions are that the vaginal muscles are so weak (tightness does not equal strength). With proper training of the vaginal muscles a woman can bring a man to an orgasm simply by contracting. We recommend that the Kegelmaster 2000tm is used for 10 to 15 minutes before intercourse, and both of you will experience the greatest sexual experience of your life!

Instructions on How To Use The KegelMaster 2000TM

Before You Begin
Due to mass production of The KegelMaster 2000TM, small imperfections may occur. Please look over The KegelMaster 2000TM. If any imperfections are detected they can easily be smoothed out with the smooth side of an emery board.

Note: It is recommended that you empty your bladder before use.

Grab Your KegelMaster 2000TM, and your Very Private Intimate Moisture and lets get started!
Start using The KegelMaster 2000TM with one spring on the rear pin just in front of the hinge. Close The KegelMaster 2000TM with your hand and tighten the knob on top to hold it closed. Do not over tighten! Lay down on your back, with your head resting on at least one pillow, relax, and bend your knees keeping your feet flat, about two feet apart. Position The KegelMaster 2000TM, with the knob up. Make sure you lubricate the vaginal area with the water-based Very Private Intimate Moisture.

We are ready to insert The KegelMaster 2000TM
Place The KegelMaster 2000TM between your thighs. Insert the unit into your vaginal opening until it is firmly in place. You will notice this when The KegelMaster 2000TM feels much smaller when it locks into place. Note: The KegelMaster 2000TM is only inserted approximately three inches.

Grasp The KegelMaster 2000TM firmly. You are now ready for your initial adjustment!!
This is done by turning the knob at the top of The KegelMaster 2000TM counterclockwise - until the knob is no longer touching the top of The KegelMaster 2000TM or until it is slightly uncomfortable. Not to worry, this discomfort is your muscles being put under tension so that the contraction exercise can proceed.

Note: If the knob is not touching the top of The KegelMaster 2000TM and you don't feel any pressure from The KegelMaster 2000TM putting resistance against the vaginal muscles, then you will have to add another spring. If you have the right tension, squeeze down against The KegelMaster 2000TM. If you are easily able to close down with your vaginal muscles completely for thirty closings, remove the unit from your vagina and change the position of the springs, moving forward one pin.

Adjusting Tension to accurately close The KegelMaster 2000TM during the exercise.
If you are still easily able to close down The KegelMaster 2000TM all the way, for thirty closings, then you must move the spring forward to yet another pin. If you find that the single spring is on the front pin and you are still able to easily close The KegelMaster 2000TM all the way, for thirty closings - after insertion, then you must move the single spring back to the rear pin (1) and add a spring to the next forward pin (2), then repeat the process. The ideal spring tension is determined by one's ability to close The KegelMaster 2000TM completely at the beginning of the exercise but becoming unable to close it completely at the end of 30 closings. This eventually will not be hard to do and it's a lot of fun to see how many of the springs you can squeeze for 30 closings, having difficulty with the last five.

Maximizing Your Sequences and Sets (you can never overwork the vaginal muscles).
The exercise sequence starts with 3 sets of 30 closings daily. With each rep you attempt complete closure of The KegelMaster 2000TM, pausing between each set of 30 closings for 15 seconds. It is recommended to work up to 6 sets of 30 closings a minimum of 3 times a week. If an individual chooses, they may do as many sets and closures that they feel comfortable with. Your goal is to fatigue the muscle until there is very little movement

Q: How does The KegelMaster 2000TM work?
A:
Before women start their exercise program with The KegelMaster 2000TM we would like to explain how the spring system works. Remove springs from posts 2-3 and 4, leaving one spring on the post (post 1) closest to the hinge of The KegelMaster 2000TM is the lowest tension possible.

By moving the spring forward one post at a time to posts 2, 3, and 4 will progressively increase tension. The greatest tension for one spring will be on the front post (post 4). If, after using The KegelMaster 2000TM with one spring on the front post (post 4), you find it still too easy to close 30 times, take the spring on post 4 and move it back to post I and add a second spring to post 2. Then try The KegelMaster 2000TM again. By moving the spring from post 2 up to post 3 and 4 will increase the resistance.

By using the power spring combination chart you should be able to find a resistance level that is right for strengthening and toning the vaginal muscles. Do not try to do too many springs at first. The idea is to get as much movement from the unit as possible. With 15 different strength adjustment combinations one will be the best to start with.

The KegelMaster 2000TM is comparable to a piece of exercise equipment found at a local gym. It allows exercise of a localized area in the pelvic region, which up until now women have not been able to properly exercise. The best suggestion we could offer is to look at The KegelMaster 2000TM and approach it as carefully as any piece of exercise equipment. There must be a full extension (opening) of the vaginal muscles with a full contraction to get maximum muscular development in the vaginal area.

The KegelMaster 2000TM must put enough pressure on the vaginal muscles to cause a slight pressure when opened (this is the extension). The spring tension creates resistance on the muscle much in the same way as choosing the proper amount of weight on any exercise machine would.

Understanding Incontinence

Urinary incontinence is the inability to control urination. The term may be used interchangeably with Overactive Bladder (OAB) which also includes the same frequency in urination and urinary urge.

People who suffer from overactive bladder, or urinary incontinence, can't hold their urine -- they wet themselves. (Leaking urine is normal only in infants; it is not a normal result of aging. If you have this problem, you may be too embarrassed or upset to ask for help. Don't be.

It is estimated that over 12 million Americans have urinary incontinence. Incontinence affects all ages, both sexes, and people of every social and economic level. It is also estimated that 15 to 30 percent of people over the age of 60 who live at home have incontinence. Women are twice as likely as men to have this condition. In addition, at least half of the 1.5 million Americans who reside in nursing homes are incontinent. The exact number of people with incontinence is not known, but the total number of people affected may be far greater than current estimates.

Incontinence is classified by the symptoms of or circumstances occurring at the time of urine leakage.

Stress incontinence may be due to poor bladder support by the pelvic muscles or to a weak or damaged sphincter. This condition allows urine to leak when you do anything that strains or stresses the abdomen, such as coughing, sneezing, laughing, or even walking.

Urge incontinence results when an overactive bladder contracts without you wanting it to do so. You may feel as if you can't wait to reach a toilet. At times, you may leak urine without any warning at all. A bladder can become overactive because of infection that irritates the bladder lining. The nerves that normally control the bladder can also be responsible for an overactive bladder. In other cases, the cause may be unclear.

Mixed incontinence is often a combination of both conditions above -- stress and urge incontinence.

Overflow incontinence occurs when the bladder is allowed to become so full that it simply overflows. This happens when bladder weakness or a blocked urethra prevents normal emptying. An enlarged prostate can result in such blockage. For this reason, overflow incontinence is more common in men that in women. Bladder weakness can develop in both men and women, but it happens most often in people with diabetes, heavy alcohol users, and others with decreased nerve function.

Environmental incontinence (sometimes called functional incontinence) occurs when people cannot get to the toilet or get a bedpan when they need it. The urinary system may work well, but physical or mental disabilities or other circumstances prevent normal toilet usage.

Nocturnal enuresis is incontinence that occurs during sleep.

What questions will be answered here?

1. Who should not use the KegelMaster 2000TM?
2. Will The KegelMaster 2000TM work for me?
3. How will I know The KegelMaster 2000TM is working?
4. What if I can't get The KegelMaster 2000TM to move?
5. How long do I have to use The KegelMaster 2000TM ?
6. What happens if I stop using The KegelMaster 2000TM ?
7. Should I worry about soreness or bleeding from using The KegelMaster 2000TM?
8. Should I worry how far The KegelMaster 2000TM opens my vaginal muscles before contraction?
9. How Do I Clean My KegelMaster 2000TM?

Q: Who should not use The KegelMaster 2000TM ?
A:
Pregnant women should consult their physician prior to use. During the six week postpartum period after the birth of a baby or for a minimum of six weeks after genitourinary or pelvic surgical procedures, unless specifically recommended by your physician, The KegelMaster 2000TM should not be used. Also, when using other intravaginal devices such as tampons, diaphragms, and women with a history of urinary tract infections.

Q: Will The KegelMaster 2000TM work for me?
A:
Yes, it will work for any woman with the drive and desire to strengthen and tone the pubococcygeal (PC) muscle, resulting in greater sexual experience, pleasure and more intense orgasms.

Q: How will I know The KegelMaster 2000TM is working?
A:
After the first use of 15 minutes prior to sexual intercourse women will notice that their partner’s penis feels much larger, while the men will feel a tighter embrace. There will also be an increase in sensitivity and a more intense orgasm after the very first use of the KegelMaster 2000TM for you and your partner. After a few short uses of the KegelMaster 2000TM exercise program, women with incontinence will no longer suffer from embarrassing leaks, and vaginal strength and sexual power will be theirs!

Q: What if I can't get The KegelMaster 2000TM to move?
A:
If you are unable to get any movement, we recommend that you use a vibrator to touch the clitoris which will cause an involuntary contraction and the unit will move. Many women have actually experienced their first ejaculating orgasm by having The KegelMaster 2000TM open and using a vibrator to bring themselves to an orgasm.

Q: How long do I have to use The KegelMaster 2000TM ?
A:
All muscles in the body will atrophy (get weak, soft, and loose tone) without exercise. Make a commitment to use The KegelMaster 2000TM for the rest of your life. Someday you will look back and realize you've made the best decision of your life.

Q: What happens if I stop using The KegelMaster 2000TM ?
A:
You could lose some or all of the amazing benefits you have gained from using The KegelMaster 2000TM. Urinary incontinence will reappear, a man's penis will start feeling smaller, it will be harder to reach orgasm, be less sensitivity in the clitoral and vaginal area, the intensity of orgasms will decrease, and your male partner will notice a decrease in sexual embrace. In some women the ability to have vaginal orgasms will be lost.

Q: Should I worry about soreness or bleeding from using The KegelMaster 2000TM ?
A:
There are small capillaries at the surface of the vaginal tissue. When an amount of pressure is put against the tissue some spotting may occur. This is nothing to worry about, this can also happen during sexual intercourse. The KegelMaster 2000TM may produce some soreness or slight discomfort, no more than exercising any other part of the body at the gym. If it hurts stop for a few days, and lower the spring resistance and continue until it is comfortable to use. Using The KegelMaster 2000TM will become pleasurable, fun, and sexually exciting. Enjoy!

Q: Should I worry how far The KegelMaster 2000TM opens my vaginal muscles before contraction?
A:
NO! The whole idea is to allow the vaginal muscles to extend as far as possible without pain, then contract. The control knob will allow adjustment in the amount the vaginal muscles will be extended. A well extended muscle that is exercised in any part of the body will always grow stronger. Using The KegelMaster 2000TM to open the vagina will never stretch or make the vagina larger or cause any damage to the muscles of the vagina.

Q: How do I clean The KegelMaster 2000TM?
A:
HANDWASH WITH WARM SOAP AND WATER BEFORE AND AFTER USE. ADJUSTABLE BOLT AND SPRINGS ARE MADE OF SURGICAL GRADE STAINLESS STEEL AND WILL NOT RUST OR CORRODE.

WARNING: THIS PRODUCT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED A PHYSICAL FITNESS PRODUCT. IMPROPER USE OF ANY PHYSICAL FITNESS PRODUCT CAN RESULT IN INJURY TO THE USER.

Understanding Resistance & Kegel Exercises

With resistance you can accomplish a myriad of things; you can lose weight, gain strength, (both muscular, bone and connective tissue) and, improve your cardiovascular health (your heart is your most important muscle). You can also, prevent disease, increase mobility, lower your cholesterol, reduce stress, increase your energy level, combat the aging process and, most importantly to most people, enhance your appearance (shape and tone). In short, without overstating the positive effects, we believe a significant way to increase the overall quality of your Kegel exercises is through progressive dynamic resistance training. The Kegelmaster uses resistance to challenge the muscles to adapt and improve in strength and endurance. This adaptation occurs at the cellular level in the muscle fiber.

For the cave man it meant moving trees and stones. For us, (slightly) more advanced homosapiens, there are many different choices. Your options may include the use of barbells, dumbbells, free weights, and machines. There are machines that use weight as resistance; there are machines that use water as resistance; there are even machines that use hydraulics as resistance. The Kegelmaster offers women a safe and effective way to do Kegel exercises with added resistance to rapidly produce stronger vaginal muscles. Resistance is the key to effective Kegel exercises. If we use weights at the gym, or at home to improve our bodies, then women should seriously consider using progressive dynamic resistance when doing their Kegel exercises.

The big thing is that you focus on working the muscles. The most important concept in resistance training is PROGRESSION. To make changes in your body you must continue to challenge the muscles by gradually but consistently increasing the load placed on them. This is where one of the basic tenets of training comes to light- the S.A.I.D. principle. The Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demands principle means that your muscles will adapt only to the demands placed on them. Therefore, for continued improvement, you need to place ever increasing demands on your muscles. You can do this by adding an extra repetition, increasing the resistance, or shortening the rest intervals. All three of these techniques are examples of progression.

Be Aware of Knockoffs, Imitations and copy cat products...
Don't be misled by imitation products like the Pelvic Toner, and others. The Pelvic Toner is a dangerous product because the rubber O-ring that extends the users muscles is faulty.

Adjustable Knob
NO
YES
Due to excessive force or tension, the Kegelmaster needs an adjusting knob to hold the device closed while inserting. This knob also restricts the range of motion. While their device is inserted, the knob must be unscrewed which is almost impossible in that position and can be dangerous.

From Kegelmaster: This statement starting with Yes, is made by a man who is an insurance agent who has no engineering experience. In fact, he had nothing to do with the invention of the product he sells. (See Legal Notice)

What is the possible reason that any product of this kind would not have an adjustible knob? Are these men (yes men) saying every woman is the same and need the same tension and extension settings. Their product is sold with or without a rubber O ring and is called by many names.

As a woman myself, having an adjustable knob, so that I can adjust the product to my personal body requirements, is absolutely necessary, This allows me to properly exercise and gives me the correct range of motion.

The adjustment knob on the Kegelmasteris completely safe. As a women I don't want anything inserted that I can't adjust the opening.

First of all, if you only have only 2 springs, you can not possibly get 6 levels of resistance. Three levels is the tops. What if you can't get enough resistance at their top level to extend your muscles to allow you to even start exercising?

Women have reported to me that their is not enough resistance in these products. They have wasted their money and time. Our 4 springs provide a total of 15 different resistance levels.
