I have in the last few years started to urinate during orgasm. I'm so upset about this, it makes me try not to have one. Is there anything I can do about this and is it normal?

I have a haunch that what you are experiencing is "female ejaculation." There are two little glands situated near the urethra and they can ejaculate some fluid during orgasm. Because they are close to the urethra women often think that this may urine, which it isn't.
