We find Lou Paget's books, "How to be a Great Lover," advice to women on how to please men and "How to Give Her Absolute Pleasure", advice to him on how to make her happy really good instructional books. They are written in a simple way, with plenty of illustrations, and easy to understand.

She also wrote a book on orgasm, which is new called "The Big O". You can get any of these books through our website and I believe they are very helpful. By the way, don't feel shy about not knowing everything. Most people don't and we all can learn.
