Dear Samy:
For a man to avoid making a girl pregnant is to use condoms. For a woman there are several other ways to protect herself. She can take "the pill," or use any number of birth control devices for protection that are temporary or permanently inserted.

As to your second question, size of penis may or may not matter. As in all issues of intimacy, each person has his or her own likes. In general, it is not the size of the penis that counts. It is how loving and caring the man is to make the woman really happy during the entire experience of intimacy.

Penetration, or actual intercourse, should only be one of the wonderful phases. Many men feel great pleasure when they can make the woman they care about truly happy in bed and out. Sex is not just about a penis and a vagina, but about feelings of love and desire. I suggest you read some books about love and sexuality and deepen your understanding of what lovemaking means.
