Dear Smantha:
It's really quite simple. For women: You pull up the "push-pull" cap and put a few drops on your finger, spread it between the vaginal lips and around the inside of the vaginal opening before intimacy, and, if needed, during intimacy. Some women who experience continuous dryness in the vaginal area use a few drops daily to keep the vaginal tissue moist and comfortable.

For men: Squeeze some Very Private in your hand and apply to your penis before penetration if you do not use a condom. Otherwise, put a drop of VP into the condom for greater comfort and pleasure. To enhance the feelings and excitement of intimacy many couples use the product on each other.
